(4) There are two types of ash discharge part of the air intake: one is the standard belt ash bucket type, and the other is the open flange type. 2. Working principle: Dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet or enters the filter bag chamber through an open flange port. The dust-containing gas is filtered through a cloth bag to enter the clean air chamber, and then passes through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan.Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and it continues to increase, so that the resistance of the bag dust collector continues to increase. In order to make the equipment resistance not exceed 1200Pa, the bag dust collector can continue to work, and the dust on the filter bag needs to be removed regularly.The ash cleaning is to start the pulse valve in sequence by the program controller, so that the compressed air (0.5 ~ 0.7MPa) in the bag is ejected from the nozzle hole (called the primary air) and the ambient air induced by the venturi tube is several times than the primary air (called The secondary air) enters the filter bag and expands rapidly in an instant, and the dust is shaken off with the reverse effect of the air flow to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
